The X-Tech S.p.A. has recently purchased three new instruments that will allow the laboratory to provide analysis on different kinds of materials. Using a FEI QUANTA200 Scanning Electronic Microscope, a Diffractometer and an X-ray Fluorescence produced by PANalytical, the X-Tech is able to provide additional services to its customers (such as checks of the raw materials and analysis of the surface defects on finished products). It will also be possible to work in completely different areas from that of traditional ceramics, and give a strong contribution to the Research division of the laboratory .
